Every hauling job ends with the same set of deliverables at the drop. This is what separates scheduled hauling from a casual vehicle move.
Pre-pickup photo walk. Four-corner exterior photo set plus any existing damage, scene geometry, odometer reading, VIN photo through the windshield. Timestamped at capture. Delivered to the customer's email before the vehicle leaves the pickup.
Mid-route verification photos. On longer hauls (200+ miles), the driver takes a verification photo set at the first scheduled fuel stop — four corners plus a secured-load overview — and texts them to the customer. Confirms no in- transit damage at the midpoint.
Drop-side proof of delivery.Receiving party — whoever the customer specified as the drop contact — signs a delivery confirmation. Their printed name, signature, date, and time. The driver keeps a copy and emails one to the customer same-day.
Post-delivery photo set. Same four-corner photo walk at the drop location. Confirms the vehicle arrived in the same cosmetic condition it left in. Any minor surface dust or debris from the open-carrier transit noted if visible.
Signed bill of lading. For commercial and regulated hauling, the signed bill of lading is filed in our records and the customer's records. Handles any post-delivery dispute resolution cleanly.
Invoicing. Invoice sent to the customer the same day as delivery, or per the fleet account's monthly-statement schedule. Fare matches the quote; no surprise lines.
