“These guys have a very solid operation going. The foreman and driver that I dealt with were awesome. Rainy/icy day, got to me on time, with an (accurate) ETA update beforehand, got my car hooked up and towed away quickly, service with a smile, the driver (Albert) was knowledgeable and diligent, and also very considerate — he sent me a photo of the vehicle when it reached its destination, wherein he placed the car perfectly. They texted me an image of my receipt because I forgot to get one on site. Really cool people. Reasonable fee (cash). Also, the tow truck itself was in very good condition. Not sure what else you could possibly ask for. Top-notch all around!! Support this shop!!”

After a car accident that really shook me up, AAA said they can no longer tow cars after an accident. And AAA never bothered to tell their customers about it. I was stuck on the road in Kew Gardens, NY, JG Towing came and patched up my car so it was drivable, and gave me important advice about how to deal with the repair. Really great experience!!! Car alternator died in the middle of Hillside Avenue. JG Towing came through quickly within 25 minutes! They also charged me a much better price!
