JG Towing ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain language. No fine-print tricks.

What we collect

When you call, text, or email us, we record what's needed to dispatch a tow and process payment:

• Your name, phone number, and email
• Pickup address, drop address, landmark notes
• Vehicle details (year, make, model, license plate)
• Insurance information when the call is carrier-dispatched or carrier-billed
• Photo documentation of your vehicle at pickup, during transit, and at drop
• Payment information (last-four of the card or Zelle/cash receipt — we don't retain full card numbers; processed through PCI-compliant payment vendors)

What we do with it

• Dispatch the tow and confirm arrival
• Issue the invoice and standard paperwork set (authorization, photos, receipt)
• Bill insurance carriers when applicable, with the supporting documentation they require
• Maintain records for tax, insurance, and liability — we keep job records for 7 years per standard accounting practice

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing partners, lead aggregators, or "preferred body shops" looking for steered referrals. We don't use your phone number or email for promotional contact — we don't run a promotional list.

Body shops, mechanics, dealerships, and insurance carriers receive only what's necessary for the specific job: your name, vehicle, drop destination, and the paperwork set for that tow.

Cookies and site analytics

This site uses minimal first-party tracking — page views and click events on the phone-call buttons. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party advertising trackers. We do not run remarketing campaigns.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the records we have on you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of records we're not legally required to retain. Email info@towingnearmee.com with the request.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we update the "Last updated" date and post the change on this page. We don't email everyone in our records about it — that would require maintaining a marketing list, which we don't.
